Amei a localização, é excelente, supermercados próximos, uma farmácia 24hrs na esquina, simplesmente perfeito. O quarto tem tudo o que prometia, confortável, limpo, tudo 100%.
Apenas faltaram panos de prato ou guardanapos, quis lavar a minha louça e não tinha commo secar ou limpar a pia, por exemplo.

Excellent location, great view, lots of space, extra beds for more people (could probably sleep 4ppl no problem if you share beds), good internet, lots of room lighting options. I wish they had smaller and less noisy fridge, and combo that with a laundry machine (would be perfect).
Nice clean laundry rooms. Friendly door staff.
I wish windows could open. Gym wasn't accessible to AirBnB guests (host told me the building recently changed the rules). I wish there was water filter, the fridge water dispenser stopped working after 2 days.

Tudo perfeito, o chuveiro é o melhor do mundo, as instalações são ótima, a cama confortável, louças e toalhas de excelente qualidade, além de ser um espaço relativamente grande para um studio. A 3 minutos do metro ana rosa e do lado de uma avenida cheia de lojas, restaurantes, farmácias, teatro e supermercado. Excepcional.
não existe sistema de facial pra entrar no prédio pra quem se hospeda nas acomodações.
a tv ou o wi-fi estavam com problemas e dificilmente conectavam a internet
