Sea Breeze Suites is a small, recently renovated 2-floor building with just 6 suites. We stayed in #6 on the upper floor, a corner suite with two panoramic windows overlooking the promenade and the sea — and the view was fantastic. The suite has a beautiful, super-modern interior and was spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the spacious glazed balcony with a transparent railing, giving you a completely unobstructed view of the sea. It was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. Another big plus was how quiet it was in the evenings. There are no noisy Irish pubs nearby — which, if you have ever had the pleasure of sleeping next to one, you will understand is an incredible stroke of luck 😆 The built-in AC is very convenient and welcome, allowing you to sleep with the windows closed if you are sensitive to street noise. The bed was excellent: very wide (at least 180 cm), with a comfortable mattress and high-quality bed linen. We genuinely slept extremely well throughout our three-night stay. The check-in process was efficient: completely remote and simple. On the day of arrival, we recited a dedicated access code for both the building and our suite. We could enter everything using the code, without needing electronic key cards or physical keys at all. Communication with the management was also exceptionally efficient and fast. Kevin responded to our messages almost instantly and were very helpful. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out, as our flight was late in the evening. The location is in the quieter part of Playa Blanca, close to the port. There is a small pebble beach nearby where you can swim, while Playa Blanca itself is around 8–10 min away on foot along the promenade. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket about 4-5 min away on foot. For those travelling without a car, another major advantage is the bus stop just 5 min from the property, with a direct bus to the airport.

The main drawback for us was the kitchenette. Despite being advertised as having a kitchen, there is no sink, no cooking hob and not even a chopping board. There is only a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster and a dishwasher. In practice, this means you can make coffee, toast and reheat food, but you cannot really cook anything — not even fried eggs. We had specifically planned to prepare some simple meals in the suite and enjoy dinner on the beautiful balcony, so this was a bit disappointing. Given the limited facilities, we would personally have found a small cooking hob and a sink much more useful than a dishwasher. There is also no washing-up liquid or sponge which would have been useful for basic cleaning. For us, these limitations made the accommodation feel slightly overpriced for what it actually offers. If you are looking for a proper kitchenette where you can prepare meals, this is something to be aware of.

Second time staying here the room appeared much smaller than the first despite stating it was same size. Cleanliness - not as before felt standards had slipped. Noise - unable to sit on balcony due to noise from renovation work in premises below.
