We had booked the property for 3 night, upon arrival the house was a mess the beds weren’t made. We paid above £400 for this property check in was at 4pm we didn’t arrive u til 7pm had to message them saying how filthy the property was and got a message back saying cleaners were late that’s unacceptably we weren’t notified that cleaning hasn’t been done. No compensation for the time we had to wait around couldn’t use the beds to sleep until it was all done hours later. Wouldn’t be using this property again.

It was very comfortable it everything we needed could have done with more towels as we were there four days blinds need to be cleaned and fixed bathroom radiator needs cleaning we never seen any staff and we waited half hour in heat before we could get through to you to get instructions for the key pad .
Some of the garden furniture needs replacing and garden was neglected
