everything was clean, & as described on website. TV worked well with my youtube.
cooker microwave, toaster all good.
local bus stops almost by the door, we used it once (direct service from quidi vidi, only $2.50 each).
Also, for 2 days we ordered taxi to bring us to points on the East Coast Trail, from which we walked to St. John's. The taxis arrives very quickly (Jiffy)
There were no good nearby food shops (we didn't have a car with us). The avalon mall has lots of shops but no supermarket. Could do with dining chairs being a bit shorter to match the table. But that wasn't a serious problem.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The place was great for the price I paid considering how close it is to the mall and especially during valentines weekend.
Should mention the laundry room is shared but it didn’t bother us, it may bother other people in the future.

Bed and pillows not all the comfortable
Only 2 towels, no face clothes, no dish cloth or cup towel, not even a hand towel in the washroom

"We arrived in St. John's after a long red eye. They let us extend our check out to have a rest. The property was very clean and it worked perfectly for us. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful Value!"
