From the moment I booked the hotel, we were welcomed with absolute kindness. I had some questions on how to get to the hotel (my son and I were on weeks trail in the High Atlas Mountains and were "dropped" in the centre of Marrakesh). I had questions on some activities. All were answered and taken care of. The garden and pool are amazing, a green oasis, very peacefull! When checking in we were surprised by an upgrade of the room to the African suite. My son and I were flabbergasted.. after spending a week in a tent 1 x 2 m, this suite was enormous and decorated impressively", a great shower and bath, with use of very comfy bathrobes, a bed that was so big and so comfterable,. Complementary Maroccian sweets were waiting for us in the room. Eventhough we were only staying two nights, the second day our room was cleaned and tidied by very friendly ladies. The cook and waiter at the restaurant and pool was such a nice and great host, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great; fresh juice and fruits, eggs, avocado toast, pancakes, tea and coffee. The first night we had dinner at the restaurant. The setting was great, nice white tablecloth and very tasty food. I might mention that the card is somewhat limited. The hospitality of the team at the reception was super! Would have liked a more extensive dinner menu and maybe a sign at the pool showing were the shower is located so people will be reminded to shower before jumping in the pool.

Everything from arrival was smooth and the service was superb. Booked this stay for me and my partner and got the standard room but 2 nights and because the hotel wasn’t busy that week they gave us a free upgrade to their superior rooms. Couldn’t have asked for better service and we didn’t ask for anything this was all from their thoughtfulness of their guests having a good stay. Everything from arrival from the reception to Mohammed and the other lady (didn’t ask for name sorry) were very lovely faces to greet us for meals. Food was superb, lovely taglines and salads. Thank you to everyone at the P L boutique hotel for looking after us! Would 110% return and look forward to seeing you all again on out next stay in Marrakesh.

On le sait, le Maroc est une terre d’accueil… et toute l’équipe de PL Place en est une magnifique preuve !
Arrivés tardivement à cause de notre vol, nous avons été accueillis comme des rois. Malgré l’heure tardive, on nous a servi un dîner sur la terrasse, un service aux petits soins juste pour nous.
Le lendemain, dès le petit-déjeuner, même accueil irréprochable : des sourires, de la bienveillance et un personnel toujours attentif à notre confort et à notre bien-être.
La chambre est très agréable, joliment décorée. Et que dire de la piscine, nichée au cœur d’un magnifique parc parfaitement arboré… Un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour faire une pause et se ressourcer.
Ici, on ne se sent pas simplement comme des clients : on est reçus comme en famille.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle parenthèse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’accueil du personnel de l’accueil, la gentillesse d’asma ainsi de ces 2 collègues, le surclassement, très belle chambre, la propreté des lieux
Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas agréable du tout, un manque de professionnalisme, nous devons réclamer à plusieurs reprises les boissons, sachant que nous sommes à la fin de notre repas, la personne qui est en charge est très désagréable, après une réflexion plus de sourire, pour les 3 dernières journées nous avons préféré ne plus prendre de petits déjeuner pour éviter cette situation désagréable.
La qualité de la nourriture n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, tagine de poulet au citron servis avec des frites ??? Et très sec, le tartes de thon rouge avec les nerfs et malheureusement sans aucune saveurs, bien dommage quand ont vois le potentiel de la cuisine.
Machine à café dans la chambre changer le dernier jour de notre départ.
Pour terminer un immense merci a Asma qui a fait tout son possible pour essayer de nous rendre notre séjour agréable.
