Das Haus ist offensichtlich sehr neu, alles ist dementsprechend in einem sehr gutem Zustand! Interior, Bettwäsche etc sind sehr hochwertig. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag frisch gemacht! Pool(s) und Terrasse sind top 👍 Mit dem Frühstück waren wir auch sehr zufrieden :) es gab für jedes Zimmer im Gemeinschaftsbereich einen kleinen Kühlschrank, man konnte den ganzen Tag kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser holen 👍

We loved our stay at Swellnest! The view is incredible, the place is beautiful and the whole atmosphere is so relaxed and easygoing. The hosts and team are super nice, friendly and chill, which makes you feel at home straight away. The breakfast is honestly incredible, fresh, delicious and a real highlight every morning. The pools and sauna are perfect after a day in the water and the spacious shared living rooms and kitchens are a bonus. It’s basically two villas that were converted to accommodation, they only have a small number of rooms, around 6-8 if I am not mistaken and there are two floors of shared common space where you can relax, work or also watch TV or lounge by the pool. But you have your private bathroom and TV in the room as well of course. Also, you get free water, tea, natas and other pastries all day just to make the stay even better ;) Such a lovely place with a great vibe. We’d definitely love to come back!

The rooms are practical sized, but I wish they would just be a tiny bit bigger. However, there is an insane amount of storage space in the room so you don’t need to trip over your suitcase which is amazing! Best to have a car, the water and town are about 10-15 mins away by foot and it’s a bit hilly. Not an issue for us but to keep in mind.

The location is easily reached by bus , located close to city center (15 mn walk) .ln a residential ( under construction) area. Nice sea view and the hotel is brand new with large well designed & decorated spaces. However the overall feeling of the place is ‘cold’ . It is a good basic however not in balance with pricing . The staff is helpful and accommodating however lacking of costumer experience. Breakfast is very average.

Helpful staff (Anna), good breakfast, nice pool. Drove down to old town in the evening which was nice.

Located too far from old town, surrounded by construction site and outlook over endless condos. Top floor room hot on arrival. Pillows too soft.
