Very nice quiet stay .

The closeness to bus stops , lovely Leigh on sea , grouts the bakers and local Waitrose . The garden was really nice to sit in . There is lots of space .

The foot steps coming from upstairs, got used to it after a while.

Very clean & stylish flat. Spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was a great bonus. Easy walk into town.

Our go to spot for all future trips to Leigh on Sea

Very homely and comfortable. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. Extremely handy for many restaurants, cafes and shops and very quiet in the evenings.

The back garden was very over grown and weedy however we were only using it due to the very warm weather so I’m sure this isn’t an issue most of the time.
