Right in the centre of Perugia. A large clean modern apartment in a historic building with amazing view of Perugia and the Umbrian country. Host was really friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is set in a beautiful historic building and combines the character of old Perugia with a spacious, modern and extremely comfortable interior.
The living room is simply spectacular. It is enormous, with a wonderfully high ceiling and magnificent massive old wooden beams, while the huge windows fill the room with light and offer a truly breathtaking view over the rooftops and hills of Perugia. It is the kind of view that makes you want to sit by the window with a glass of wine and simply stay there for a while.
The apartment itself is exceptionally comfortable and very well equipped: a large modern kitchen, two bathrooms, an enormous TV, and wonderfully big, soft sofas. There is plenty of space, yet the apartment still feels warm and welcoming. We felt completely at home.
Another great advantage is that the apartment has windows on two opposite sides, so you can get a lovely flow of fresh air through it. The bedroom faces the other side and, although it is actually closer to the street, it is noticeably quieter – there you only occasionally hear people passing by, and we slept very well.
The location could hardly be better: just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza IV Novembre and the Cathedral, right in the heart of the historic centre – and, as a particularly important bonus for us, even closer to our favourite restaurant in Perugia. 😊
On weekend evenings, with the large living-room windows open, you can hear the lively streets below. Anyone looking for absolute silence should probably keep this in mind. But once the windows are closed, the apartment becomes remarkably quiet and we could hardly hear anything from outside. For us, though, keeping them open was part of the pleasure – we loved hearing the sounds of conversations and people enjoying an evening in the city. It made us feel part of the atmosphere of Perugia rather than merely visitors to it.

Bardzo ładny niedawno jak się wydaje wyremontowany nowocześnie urządzony apartament w starej dzielnicy i oczywiście starej acz urokliwej kamienicy. Przepiękny widok z okna na całą okolicę - Perugia i najbliższe miejscowości w tym Asyż. Bardzo ładny czysty i zadbany apartament. Szczerze polecam każdemu. Jedyny drobny minus to nie da się specjalnie podjechać pod sam obiekt samochodem - ja takim podróżowałem ale ok 750 m od apartamentu jest płatny kilkupoziomowy parking więc z tym też nie było większego problemu.
Nie było takiej rzeczy.
