Good location. Friendly staff in the reception, great check in experience
The interior facilities are heavily used and in need of an upgrade; specifically, the sofa was damaged , the carpets required deep cleaning and the bath tap was leaking. It was also a surprise not to have basic toiletries (soap, shampo) provided. It feels that the property needs some investment to truly shine.

Tiene muy buena ubicación. El apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños para nosotros, que éramos 4, estaba muy bien.
Había goteras y humedad en el techo del salón. Los colchones de las camas eran un poco viejos

Good location for Quayside and the City Centre. Some free parking spots available.
The apartment was grubby in places, needed repainted and the carpets were stained and burned in places. The shower in the en-suite was not functioning, leaking from the hose and the dining table chairs were very tatty.
It would have benefitting from having a toaster and a coffee machine. The dishwasher would not work at the end of our stay.
