Posizione fantastica, in un luogo incantato. La semplicità della struttura si sposa benissimo con il contesto, pur garantendo servizio, pulizia e piacere del soggiorno

posto rustico ben tenuto, situato sui monti sopra Mendrisio ma a 5 minuti dal centro - si arriva in 1 h di cammino alla cima della vicina Alpe Caviano, perfetto x andare sul Monte generoso che è a 10 minuti di auto- personale giovane, dinamico e disponibile - cucina moderna - camera essenziale con lavandino interno.
Nella struttura ci sono 4 camere senza bagno con 2 bagni in comune (quindi 1 bagno x ogni 2 camere)
Penso che sia l'unica pecca del posto.
X mio gusto preferisco una cucina più tradizionale e credo che chi va in questi posti che potremmo definire "di montagna" cerchi la stessa cosa, è comunque da ammirare l'intraprendenza dello staff per innovare la tradizione.

Emanuele was an excellent host, making us and our dog feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean with a large very comfortable bed. The private balcony had room to sit and enjoy the beautiful view and waking up to see it from the bed was luxury. Breakfast was excellent, with great coffee.
We had dinner at the property, cooked by emanuele, a brilliant chef, using local products, including a delicious ravioli with borage from the garden.
If you want a peaceful stay with stunning view and delicious food, this is the place!

De ligging van de osteria is fantastisch! Weg van de snelwegen en drukte, in het groen en een prachtig dorpje. We kregen een upgrade want bij binnenkomst bleek dat we te lang waren voor het bed in de zolderkamer, we kregen een royale 3 persoonskamer met balkon!
