Ok but with challenges that have been noted.

Location is great

The beds need new matresss and the icemaker is not connected in the kitchen. There is rotted wood near the tub. The sliding door to the balcony was almost impossible to open. The furniture on the balcony is minimal. Broken chairs at the dining table. Unable to close blinds in living room. Elevator was out of order for first day. Fire alarm went off at 3am and had to be walk down 13 floors. Spent 20 mins outside and it was a false alarm. Not good

Loved the place, will choose it again if we return to gulf shores.

The location was perfect, loved the place!

The dryer didn’t dry clothes well. The remotes were missing batteries. Needed more towels.

I do not recommend! This place is the worst!!

The view was nice! The room was spacious. The jetted tub was broken, we called about it, someone came n looked at it and said they would be back to fix the next day, but didn't. When you pulled the lever up to make it hold the water in the tub, water shot straight up from the tub to the ceiling.

The parking is horrible!!! If you have a big vehicle you cannot find parking. We had 2 trucks (both Nissan Titan) the clearance bar was too low to go to upper deck. Signs said small cars park in upper levels. But cars would park on bottom so it caused others to not have a parking spot. I complained to the security guard and he didn't care, said first come first serve. Told us to park across the street. There was sand in that parking lot caused us to get stuck. Everyday there, parking was a big problem. Others complained as well. No a.c. in the elevator very hot in the summer. Also waiting on an elevator was horrible wait time and they're small so not many guest can go in at once, we took multiple trips to get the carts up n down the elevators when loading our stuff. The indoor pool code we was given didn't work, so I had to call about that, was given another code n it didn't work. So every time we went we had to catch someone n ask them to let us in the door. The key we had didn't work for it either. Everything was a hassle n made our vacation miserable. I will NEVER stay here again!!! We paid too much money to have too many problems!!!

Location is great
