Infrastructure is well-maintained. The room was very cozy and quiet. Amazing breakfast. Every hotel staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here the next time we visit India.
In the restaurant "SWIRL", we ordered desserts and had to wait almost an hour for the order to arrive. It would have been nice if the staff communicated the approximate waiting times upfront, so that the guest can decide if they have enough time to wait before placing orders.

Excellent customer service. Smooth Check in / Check out process. Kind and Polite Staff. Clean Rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel for people traveling in and around Thane with family. Overall great Experience.

The experience was really good with VIVANTA. However the bar counter inside the room was empty but never the less the professionalism of the entire staff was really excellent.
