This apartment feels like living at home. It’s spacious and bigger than the photos. Kitchen facilities are excellent and it has a laundry with a washing machine and a second toilet downstairs which was very convenient. Upstairs there is a huge bedroom and small bathroom. It was cleaned beautifully for our arrival. The location is wonderful with only a 2 minute walk to Earl’s Court underground train station and this area has lots of restaurants, pubs as a supermarket. We really appreciated excellent communication with the apartment manager Theo, who asked what else he could provide to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to store our luggage at the apartment until check-in time as our flight arrived early in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Having such space in London is unique. We really appreciate the location, the proximity to the subway, Hyde Park, and the charming Kensington area. The property is very well equipped, including 1 bed and 4 sofas!
The setup is very strange with so many sofas available, which are extremely clean, with some weird stains on the cushions. This is not inviting you to get a seat, to be honest. The owner should take care of that quickly.
As it is a basement apartment with one upper floor that includes a very high-selling bedroom with a bathroom. There is one queen bed with a really too-soft mattress made of foam only and 2 large sofas that could be converted into beds. This is really messy and gives a feeling of being dirty. I would get rid of the sofas, get a real mattress for the queen bed, and add another Queen bed. I would change both sofas in the living room and replace them with real convertible sofas as they are also dirty and very used.
Keep in mind the property is along Cromwell Road, which is quite busy. And do not expect a fully dark room at night as the curtains…

It was close to the places we wanted to visit - museums, parks, city centre. 2 underground stations are very close. There was a lot of space and many sofas. Additional toilet was very useful.
Master bed - mattress was terrible, old, smelly and too soft. Duvet covers had holes. One sofa's bed frame was broken, another sofa had stains. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. All the glasses, cutlery and plates were sticky and we had to run them through the dishwasher on entry. The entrance is in the basement via narrow stairs. The entrance is filthy. Constant noise from the street. Dirty windows. Condensation in the bathroom. Old towels with holes in them. Microwave oven is falling out as it is not attached. Kitchen basics were not provided i.e. gloves, salt, pepper, tea etc.
