A modern apartment in a newly built building, equipped with all the comforts and a lovely balcony. A huge plus is the excellent underground private parking space provided, as well as the supermarket located very close by, which makes things incredibly convenient for a stay of a few days. Location-wise, the city center of Split is just an 8-10 minute drive away, making access by car very quick and easy (I cannot comment on public transport, as we did not use it).
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. However, sharing this purely as well-intentioned, constructive feedback, there are two or three details that—if addressed—could make this property truly exceptional. First, we intended to cook in the kitchen, but the range hood was not connected. Furthermore, cleanliness could definitely be stepped up a notch. Having stayed at numerous places across Europe this summer, and while it was by no means terrible, it wasn't the cleanest place we encountered. We were also disappointed with the bathroom towels and the bed linens, as they did not feel properly clean—we are not sure if this part was somehow overlooked. For that reason, we decided to use our own towels and sheets, which we always carry in our car just in case on such a long road trip.
To reiterate, none of these were deal-breakers, but rather small details that affect the overall impression. In terms of amenities and building quality, the apartment is great, and with just a few thoughtful adjustments, it easily has the potential to become outstanding!
