1.The location (very close to train, bus and ferry stations and fully downtown) and the view were just great.
2. The orientation (North) for summer was perfect.The apartment was very well appointed with all appliances, crockery, etc.
3. Photos reflect exactly how the apartment looks like.
4. We had both physical and electronic keys.
5. The check-in procedure was clear.
6. Pay parking just next.
7. They provided coffee l, cocoa powder and some breakfast snacks (cookies, corn and choco flakes)
1. The smell of the apartment was really bad (apparently coming from the drainage). The wardrobe also smelt really bad, we couldn't identify exactly the reason. Hence, we had to keep the three windows open day and night (since it was summer and it didn't rain we had no problem; else, it would have been a problem). We also had to buy a large domestic deodorant spray that we spent throughout the 7 days of our stay. We managed to fix the apartment small to some extent (I was
quite OK, not my wife) , not so much for the wardrobe.
2. The bed was comfortable but too noisy, it would freak non stop (the base was spring based)
3. The apartment is not very well noise isolated, you could hear too much the noise from the landing, the floor above and -specially- the apartment ext to the bedroom, mostly in the quiet hours of the night, around midnight (we have videos to probe it).
