the steps to the apartment were a shock! the outside was unpreposing.

The apartment is lovely and modern, very clean and comfortable.
Close to the centre of Perth, there is plenty of on street parking available.
Access to the aprtment is down a rundown dark alleyway and then up uneven spiral staircases, not great when you need a walking stick, very hard to negoiate with luggage. My 18 yr daughter felt unsafe by herself in the building.
The bathroom has been updated but there is a lingering smell of stale smoke if the door is shut for a period of time.

The flat was food. The bed was not very comfy. The staircase was form the horror:)

Great apartment, spacious, well equipped and convenient for walking into the town center. A good base for exploring Perth and the surrounding area.
A bistro table and couple of chairs would be good for somewhere to sit and eat.
The outside common parts are a bit intimidating.
