Wouldn’t book again! Didn’t read the reviews, which was my bad but no changes from ones left over a year ago.

Apartment was close to Vienna Central Trian Station and various little shops

Unfortunately the room we got, was not the room booked. Rather than having a room and livingroom separately, with a double and a sofa bed, we ended up with a double and single in the same room as the kitchen. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned, with someone’s shaved hair still in it. One of the showers doors were broken and the bathroom mirror also broken. Both vent covers in the ceiling were broken, one was just a hole in the ceiling. A almost empty bottle of men’s shower wash left in the shower and an almost empty bottle is hand soap provided. For 3 people over the course of 4 nights and 5 days, we were provided with 1 towel each and 2 rolls of toilet roll. The kitchen was just as under prepped, 2 spoons with 3 bowls, no mugs to have a hot drink with but a kettle provided. No tea towels to use to take trays out of the oven and no bin bags to replace the only one provided. The washing up liquid was almost empty as well! We found hair under the bed along with an alarming amount of dust, used cotton buds and broken charger. Would have been happy to clean this up, but no brush and pan either!! No air con in the room, which considering the weather, this was horrible to sleep in, we did use the fan, but this also had not been cleaned in a LONG time. A neighbour also decided to chuck something down to the outdoor bins, nearly missing one of our heads before smashing right next to us!!

A bit close to train station

No Lift to upper floors. Kitchenette was very poor. No table lamps. Smoke smell in the room.

Vienna

Large apartment. Booked for 7people. My Kids had to sleep on the couch. Very typical for europe. After a lot of messaging I got more bedding and an extra towel the next day. Big bathroom. Quite when windows were closed Supermarkets nearby and amazing pizza restaurant around the corner. Hard fast wifi.

Its not 8minutes to city center. Maybe with jet plan. 30mins to 40mins is more like it. Wasn't the same apartment as in pictures. Needed to ask for all the bedding for my family. Hard to find apartment. Even my German friend found it hard to find. Booked for my family of 7. 2 double beds and a couch. No ok for a family. My Kids were ok as we go camping alot. But I paid alot for them to have s bed. Not enough utensils etc in kitchen or tea towels. The size of the apartment i liked the most. No safe on sight.

Gute Lage. Schnell zur U-Bahn in die Stadt. Es war echt cool sauber, Raumgröße war echt super comfortable.

Bei offenem Fenster über Nacht zu laut, also der Strassenlärm. Ich hatte aber kaum ein Problem damit. Ich konnte gut schlafen.

Es bastante amplio. Las camas son comodas. Tiene secador de pelo y ventilador en la habitacion

Tenia alguna duda los dias previos y escribi al dueño pero no contesto. El portal esta bastante mal. En general no esta sucio, pero nos dejaron un estropajo para fregar que daba asquito. No cuesta tanto cambiarlo y dar otra impresion.
