Perfectly placed just three blocks from the Snowflake Lift and off the lower Four O'Clock run, this Park Place condo lets you ski home when conditions allow. The bus stop is steps away and Main Street shopping and dining is a two block, four minute walk. Inside, a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom plus a living room sleeper sofa welcome up to eight, and the fully stocked kitchen makes group dinners easy. Settle in by the gas fireplace after a long day, or catch a movie on the flat screen. The complex has two onsite hot tubs, and guests also enjoy the Upper Village heated pool and hot tubs nearby. Comfortable, central, and made for skiers.
LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It is just three blocks from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O'Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. Main Street is an easy walk, just two blocks away from shopping and dining.
AMENITIES – There are two bedrooms including a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Meals are easy with a fully-stocked kitchen for a big dinner or just making a quick snack on the go. Tired skiers can relax in the living room with a fire by the fireplace or watch a movie in the evening. Step onto the patio to enjoy the views in the comfort of the patio chairs. When it is time to soak in the hot tub, the Park Place complex has two on-site. In addition, after a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). This was a great condo and very convenient to town. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The host was responsive with questions. I would clarify that this doesn’t really feel like “ski in/ski out” as the closest major lift was a 10 min walk or short bus ride, and skiing in still involved a bit of a hike after. However it was still convenient by short bus ride to one of the main lifts and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious and a great location for going to town or the ski slopes. We usually did drop off at Beaver Run and skied down 4o’clock. We found everything we needed in the condo. 6 of us found the beds comfortable.

Not very clean and having a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom not good and mold on ceiling due to the configuration. A few in the party experienced allergic reaction (possibly the mold or dust present). Noticed rug shoved up against water heater in closet for storage, not safe. The hot tub was clean and the snow removal very good though. I would expect to pay half of what we paid for this week condo stay. ;(
