Bedroom 1 features a plush queen bed, private ensuite with a large walk-in shower, and bifold doors opening to your own patio lounge – ideal for slow mornings and sunset drinks.
Bedroom 2 offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a king bed that can be converted into two king singles (upon request) and opens to a quiet side patio.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a coffee machine, quality appliances, and even a compact laundry nook with washer and dryer for added convenience.
Just steps from your door is a hidden gem: a small, family-friendly beach tucked within the Port Geographe Marina. Stroll a little further and you'll find the main stretches of Geographe Bay within walking distance. - $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. The accommodation was first class - everything you would want in your own home! The kitchen was well thought out with a large breakfast bar. Dining chairs and table for evening meals. Comfy sofas to watch the television. The outside patio was delightful - super place to catch up and do some reading. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top class and appreciated the quality of the bed linen. Had a chance meeting with the owner which was unexpected but very pleased to meet her. The property was very handy for the marina and Busselton Town centre and beaches.
