The open-plan design flows out to a large undercover alfresco area complete with a comfortable lounge, dining setting, and BBQ—perfect for long summer evenings or relaxed entertaining.

* Master Bedroom – King bed with private ensuite (shower and toilet)
* Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 – Two long single beds
* Bedroom 4 – Two long single beds
* Family bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate toilet

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- 1 bedroom is locked for private host use. .

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
