Welcome to Chanterelle Shores, a modern cabin nestled on the gentle waters of Lake Nottely! Your perfect lakeside escape awaits you, offering over 100 feet of private lakefront, thoughtfully designed spaces, and unforgettable views, ideal for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect in beautiful North Georgia. Our home faces TVA protected land that will never be built on, which means the waterfront is extremely private and peaceful.
With 5 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and 2 on the basement level), including 2 with private ensuite bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps your whole crew. Four of the bedrooms feature sweeping lake views, offering a peaceful backdrop from sunrise to sunset. There are four King-sized beds, providing premium comfort and ample space for a restful night's sleep. The fifth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and two twin XL beds that can be combined to create yet another King bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. (Let us know in advance if you'd like the Twin XLs set up as a King!)
Outdoor living is a dream here: fire up one of the two grills, relax by the stone outdoor fireplace, or paddle the lake using two complimentary kayaks. Lay by the water's edge to soak up the sun, or bring your fishing gear and find out for yourself why our shoreline is an angler's paradise. Inside, the basement offers a cozy lounge with a huge sectional, massive flat-screen TV, and a game table perfect for puzzles, cards, or rainy-day fun.
Upstairs in the main living area indoors, you’ll find soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, and an open-concept layout that invites gathering. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, spices, and all the cookware you need, making group meals a breeze. Dine together indoors with seating for 12, or head to the large outdoor dining tables on covered porch for al fresco meals with North Georgia air and lake breezes.

Very clean and quiet with a wonderful view. Tons of seating on the back porch so a large group could enjoy. Well-stocked, and the owners were very communicative and responded immediately. Easy access to the house with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay—this place is beautiful! The owners were awesome and super easy to get in touch with. They really thought of everything, with so many little touches that made it feel extra special. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!
