This unit was fully equipped and very clean. Such a cute place that was perfect for our group of 5. The host communicated well and was very accommodating! We enjoyed a quick walk down to the Colorado Tap House for evening drinks and yard games and the nearby walking/running/biking trail. We could easily access downtown, Red Rocks and other area attractions. Highly recommend!The only drawbacks were limited parking and some new construction nearby, but overall they were very minor inconveniences.

Perfect place for my husband I to stay for a few days while visiting our kids. For the most part, it was quiet (they are building across the road, but it didn't bother us since we are early risers), very clean, step out the door and hop on the trail for a scenic run/walk. And it's just down the road from the Colorado Tap House! Would highly recommend!

We stayed here a couple times while we were in the Denver area for an extended period. One of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed at. Place was perfect with all the amenities and everything new and clean. Nothing more is needed as they have everything to cook with and in a great West Arvada location close to a nice walking path and close to outdoor hiking locations and Golden. Host is amazing and quick to respond for anything that you might have a question on. Check-in and checkout easy and a place we will definitely stay at again.
