Charming accommodation in a perfect location

Comfortable well-equipped and warm house, central location but also very quiet. Parking was very close and convenient, it was a very relaxing place to stay, also close to shops and restaurants.

Its a very small thing, but the lighting is not great for reading - stronger lights would be an improvement

Authentic Røros farmhouse building in the middle of Røros

It was old and authentic. The placement was ideal for us in the parallel street to the main street. Just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest eating places. The beds were comfortable and top quality bedding (sheets and duvets/pillows) Bathroom was clean and shower worked great. Lots of info about the place. Free parking, although a couple of 100 metres away.

No blackout blinds at the bedroom windows. A must in June. The white curtains and white, nearly see through blinds didn’t stop light coming through. In one bedroom there was no blind at all. The ovens were on full blast when we arrived so it was way too hot so it felt stuffy even though it was clean. Info about getting into the bathroom could have been given beforehand as it was needed on arrival. No problem once we understood.

Het was alsof we in een museum waren! De inrichting was erg passend bij het momument. De locatie was ook super, het ligt parallel aan de hoofdstraat.

Het zou handig zijn als er een rekje voor bestek in de vaatwasser zou zitten. Het vriesvak ín de koelkast sloot niet goed, wat maakt dat de koelkast te koud werd waardoor spullen bevroren. Voor deze prijs zou ik verwachten dat de zonsverduisteringsgordijnen goed zou werken, zeker in de zomerperiode waarbij het lang licht is. Ook zou het handig zijn om informatie over parkeren vooraf te krijgen.
