Bad service

The location is very good, and the price was not too bad. The place is not so big, but as I was by myself and spent great part of my day outdoors, so it was just enough.

Horrible online check-in process. Customer service was very bad. They ignored my messages on Booking platform, and via whatsapp they had an annoying AI bot.

Impersonal place - unpleasant check in - gloomy view - convenient location

The location

Check in was frustratingly complicated with face recognition process to be completed ahead of time with no direct communication with a real human, no reception at the building, no storage facilities, everything very inhumane save for one of the porters who fortunately went out of his way to make my life easier upon checking in and out. Also the view of my studio apartment being blocked by another huge building with a black facade, which made for a rather gloomy sight! Plus the fact that I could not leave my luggage anywhere after checking out in the morning when I was due to leave for the airport in the evening!

Cosy studio in modern apartment for Pinheiros stay

Good location in Pinheiros, nice modern apartment with rooftop relaxing area and jacuzzi-style pool. The view from the rooftop was good too.

The apartment gym was locked for some reason, and the first room I was checked into had wifi that didn't work. After getting reception to ping the owner (the WhatsApp was an AI chatbot), they quickly changed me to another room.

Great apartment and perfect location, but beware of many practical issues and unreachable host

The apartment is modern, clean and perfectly located.

The apartment's front door opens using an electronic panel. It started to malfunction a couple of days after the visit started, which meant that several times it was impossible to enter the apartment for up to 20 minutes. I sent messages to the host using the Booking chat, but there was no response even after one full day. I then tried the phone that was listed as the direct contact with the host -- it did not work (either it was disconnected, or it was an old one). I then tried the WhatsApp message, which took me to an automatic reply (the apartment seems to be owned by some big company), and then I was finally connected with a person. However, initially the attendant was *extremely* reluctant to send someone to fix it, demanding a video showing the issue with the electronic panel, and stating that their maintenance only worked 9-17. Only after many messages, and only once I said that I would cancel the reservation, did they agree to send someone. The problem, after all, was that the battery in the electronic panel was spent -- something simple, that they apparently did not care to check before. Besides this issue with entering the apartment, there are some other small issues: the shower barely works, and the sinks seem partially clogged. So, even though the apartment is actually wonderful and perfectly located, there were many practical aspects that need proper attention.

A localização é excelente e tem tudo perto: bons restaurantes, academia e etc . Os funcionários do prédio são sempre gentis e tem extrema boa vontade em ajudar.

Papel higiênico acabou e informaram que não é feito a reposição de itens de higiene.

Excente localização, prédio e apartamento conforme as fotos e atendem a expectativa. Um destaque muito positivo é que o check-in foi muito fácil, bastou preencher os dados e fazer o cadastro facial antecipadamente e na hora da chegada bastou entrar no prédio

Alguns pontos de conservação do apartamento (tomadas e spots de iluminação soltos) e faltavam alguns elementos básicos como tapete no banheiro, pano de chão e mais utensilios na cozinha (havia, por exemplo, apenas 1 garfo)
