Location
Facilities are poor for a new building. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and it took 3 days for someone to come and try to fix it. Shower drain was clogged. Intercom was falling from the wall. There was no dish towel or any cleaning supplies for a stay of 1 entire week. Very few supplies to cook, no coffee maker, even dish soap was at the end. I expected more for the price we paid. Everything looks nice when you first come in, but when you start using/living, you see the facilities are quite cheap.

"The appartment was super clean, in a very nice neighborhood with everything that you need. Metro station nearby, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, gym. The staff is helpful and fats in answering you..."
