Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und es sind nur wenige Schritte zu bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht geschnitten (schlauchartig), das Bett ist direkt so ausgerichtet, dass man die Hauptstraße (inklusive Straßenbahn) sehr gut hört. Die Küche hingegen ist weiterhin hinten gewesen und damit vor Lärm geschützt. Die ganze Unterkunft war dunkel. Man musste auch am Tag immer das Licht anmachen.
Es hat nicht mal einen richtigen Schrank gegeben, für Kleidung und Koffer war ein Nebenraum, mit einigen Regalbrettern und einer Leine nebst Kleiderbügeln an der Decke.

The apartment was located very conveniently in Belem - very close to where we needed to be for Nos Alive festival, but also really well connected by bus/tram/train for other areas. The bathroom was lovely, well stocked kitchen and the bed was very comfy.
While we had a fan, it was quite difficult to keep the apartment cool even with windows closed, and often it felt quite hot. Also, the door wasn’t very soundproofed so could sometimes hear people coming up the stairs or talking to each other in the corridor - you need earplugs but generally that does the trick. While there was a small outdoor area, it was often very hot as it was an internal courtyard that other apartments’ air con units backed onto.

La ubicación
Las escaleras de acceso a la casa. Muy empinadas y estrechas, tanto la escalera en sí como los peldaños. Zonas no habitables por la altura del techo, p.e. poner la lavadora, o acceder a una parte de la cama grande. Olor a humedad en el baño. Muchas regletas de enchufe.
