We booked this stay with friends so we could enjoy the concert and have a convenient place to rest during the two-day event. The property's location was excellent, just a short distance from the concert venue, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the amenities provided, including slippers, a refrigerator for storing food, and basic kitchen equipment, which made our stay more comfortable. The host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay.
The sleeping arrangement did not match the listing. We expected the room setup shown in the photos, which included two framed beds, but only one bed frame was provided, while the other sleeping space was an extra mattress on the floor. Although the stay was comfortable overall, we would have appreciated receiving the room as advertised.

We booked this stay in advance to attend a concert the next day. Booking this stay before our main reservation allowe us to settle in early, secure queueing spot for the concert the next day, and transition seamlessly to our succeeding booking without worrying about another check-in.
The location was very convenient for our concert plans, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room also had useful amenities, including a refrigerator, basic kitchen equipment, and slippers, which made the stay more comfortable. Although communication before check-in could have been more responsive, the host was very accommodating and helpful once we established direct contact during check-in.

This property is extremely clean. There are utensils, coffee cups, kettle, plates and even towels and extra pillows and blankets. We have stayed at Sea Residences before with other hosts and there is always an issue with cockroaches- but Jhona’s property is immaculate and smells very clean. Bathroom and kitchen is sparkling clean also. There are comfy mattresses and comfy pillows. Plenty of places to sleep for a big family. Highly recommend.
