Lage ist sehr gut, die Grösse der Wohnung und die 2 Bäder waren sehr gut. Der Kontakt war tiptop und wir bekamen sehr schnell Antwort. Der Parplatz (separat zu bezahlen, wie es beschrieben ist) befindet sich direkt im Haus und die Wohnung kann per Lift von der Garage aus erreicht werden. Der Pool zusammen mit der Aussicht ist ein weiteres Highlight.
Die Vorhänge schliessen nicht blickdicht und sind teilweise defekt. Deshalb war es bereits früh am morgen hell.

Apartament bardzo przestronny i czysty. Dwie łazienki co bardzo ułatwiło sprawy przy dwójce dzieci 😁 łóżka bardzo wygodne. Bardzo przyjemny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji z bardzo łatwym kontaktem wlasciela

Gute Lage, 5 min zur Hauptbuslinie von Hollywood. Großzügige Ferienwohnung.
25$ wurde uns für ein 5* Bewertung angeboten- so kann man sich Sterne wohl auch kaufen.
Wie bereits vorher reklamiert, sind die Verdunklungslamellen teilweise kaputt, so dass man von außen reinschauen kann und der Hitzeschutz nur partiell funktioniert.
Fenster mit Einfachverglasung mit Metallrahmen - da kommt die Hitze gut rein.
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, ist aber sehr laut, so dass wir nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen konnten.
Check-in sehr unflexibel- für mehr als eine halbe Stunde vorzeitigen Check in hätten wir 50$ zahlen sollen, obwohl die Wohnung offenbar frei war.
Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Utensilien und Töpfen/ passenden Deckeln könnte besser sein.
Eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden, jedoch keine Spültabs (wie üblich in Ferienwohnungen). Zum Glück hatte ich welche dabei.
