Location was awesome forTākina Conference and New World plus Te Papa and Courtney Place.
Well equipped ( oven didn’t work , washer/dryer frustrating) and comfortable.
Access was awkward/hidden and not well explained - had to watch video- write clear instructions we don’t all have time and means to watch a You Tube. Studio had a very strong food smell on entering. Oven didn’t work, toiletries budget as and clock didn’t work. Very spartan. Needs drapes and finishing touches.

Great location, comfortable and welll set up for a short stay
Bed is only a double so only take your partner if you really like them. Some noise at night but expected in a city location.

I Iiked that it was nice and close to everything we wanted the see. The kitchen was good
There was no scrubbing brush for the dishes, the sheets and duvet were scratchy. Was difficult to get in to drop bags early as we couldn't access the check-in instructions that told us how to get into the room
