The location was perfect. Beautiful views. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The communication was great from the booking company. We were unable to get into the property due to being given incorrect codes but the company resolved the issue within 30 minutes.
It was a little dated which wasn’t bad but it could have been cleaner that would have made it look a lot better.

Very quiet and.super close yo ocean..
The room was outdated .The l blankets where more l8k a sheet on the bed. Needs actual comforter.

Condo code didn't work. Had to call a number to get an over ride code. Secruity walked around and made everyone uncomfortable. No balls of any kind in the pools, which almost ever condo is like that now but as a mother of two teenage sons I hate this rule. There's no umbrellas or shade at both pools. AND they don't allow you to open your own.
Everyday we were there either one of the pools were closed and we were there for 7 days. They said it would be because someone "throw up in the pool" but we found out they lie and say that all time. Pickle ball court was closed all week of July 6.
The second busiest week of the summer they decide to clean/upgrade the courts. We got the condo bc it was a Raquet club to play tennis and pickle ball and couldn't.
Why not do that in the early or late winter when it's a slower time?! Or at least tell everyone when they book that the courts will be down that week.
No comforters all the beds (they had thick sheets). Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and mold on shower curtains. Mop was horrible couldn't help clean at the end. No hood vents in kitchen so don't fry, bake, or cook bacon
