I loved the fact that it was situated just by the sea so whenever you wanted to swim you could just take a ten second walk down to the beach. The rooms were also extremely spacious and comfortable- a very lovely place to stay.
Not much, although the beds did have quite sharp corners- a hazard for small children and feet.

Magnifique Appartement, accueillant et très bien équipé avec une splendide vue sur la mer et le port. La literie était très confortable et tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. Le contact avec la conciergerie est aisé.

This was out first visit to Caymans (family with 2 kids - 9 and 5) and we were lucky to get such a nice accommodations. Location is great, views are awesome and apartments had everything required for the stay. Host is approachable and explained everything on time, location has a parking in case you need one for your rented car and you can walk to main George Town attractions! Balcony views are exceptions - my wife called them best she saw in her life. Totally recommend this place!

The Residence was the perfect last-minute option for us after backing out of staying at the Hampton on Grand Cayman Island.This was perfect for us.
Property Overview
The Residence is overlooking the ocean. I get to see the cruise ships docked in the mornings. I was able to take a dip in the ocean, which is a few steps away. The house was very, very clean. Everything inside was fresh and neat. The bed had fresh linen and was perfectly made. The kitchen was super clean.The best sort of Airbnb I have stayed in.
Management and Location
The manager, Gabrielle, was on point and reachable via phone call, text, or WhatsApp. Everything is close to town and within walking distance.
Recommendation and Gratitude
I most definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman and is looking for a super clean and affordable place to stay. I gave this place a 10.
