The view was fantastic
The Beds and furniture were comfortable
The onsite food offerings were convenient and good in terms of taste and quality
The appliances and layout of the kitchen were nice

There is a lot of visible wear and tear throughout the hall/main entrance to the condo. I am sure it is due to visitors not adhering to the posted rules regarding luggage carts in the unit. It is hard not to notice it though.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms upon checking in was not up to acceptable standards. It was obvious the toilet and surrounding area had not been cleaned, or cleaned in a very poor fashion. There were two brushes left in the medicine cabinets with large amounts of hair to go with them. These were not hidden in anyway, and again highlights the lack of attention to detail by those who cleaned them.

Amazing views, decently stocked kitchen and toiletries.

Missing power supply to Roku leaving TV viewing to cable with limited options.
The cleaning crew was still on site upon our arrival at check in time. We waited in the hall. The cleaning crew was polite.
We attempted to contact the host but was unfortunately on an endless hold.

Property is close to absolutely everything we wanted to do. The beach access was literally steps away from the lobby. There were multiple pools for the kids, and the on-site Café was perfect. This property is Central to everything on the strip.
The only real issue we had were waves of sewage smell throughout our visit. We did not spend a whole lot of time in the property, however, at night there was a very foul smell for several minutes. There may be some type of sewage connecting to this property, outside of that no concerns.
