The location was wonderful. Everything we wanted to do was within a few minutes walk. Despite our concerns on seeing the ear plugs beside the bed we were not disturbed even on Friday and Saturday nights.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was one tea towel and no oven gloves. There was a microwave but no suitable containers to use in it or in the oven. The knives were blunt.

How convenient it was and the walking distance and how close it was to everything. How they provided most things and the communication was great too.
The night life was loud but they did provide ear buds which was great.

The location of this apartment is absolutely unbeatable right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It also offers lovely views from the apartment. Additionally, I want to thank Luca for being very helpful and responsive on my first day when I experienced Wi-Fi issues. As someone who works remotely, reliable internet was essential, and he actively tried to help me troubleshoot.
Unfortunately, despite the great location, the stay overall was quite disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues:
Wi-Fi: Although Luca helped get it working temporarily, the connection dropped repeatedly throughout my stay. Because the Wi-Fi network has restricted permissions that only the owner can manage, it couldn't be permanently resolved during my trip.
The apartment felt only surface-cleaned. There was noticeable dust in many areas, including the ceiling fan and corners near the balcony. The walls around light switches and baseboards were marked and dirty, and both the kitchen bin and the toilet were not cleaned thoroughly.
The paint is peeling outside the bathtub, and the shower enclosure screen is quite old and very stained. The hallway wardrobe (where spare towels and cleaning supplies are kept) was untidy and dirty.
The balcony was untidy and unwelcoming, which was a missed opportunity given the great views. The main door handle was loose/wobbly, making it feel insecure. In the kitchen, the bar stool legs were rusty, cutlery wasn't properly washed, and the cookware consisted of very thin, low-quality pans (haven't used any of them).
I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback constructively to deep-clean the flat, repair the fixtures, and address the Wi-Fi setup. The location has huge potential, but in its current state, the listing was unfortunately misleading.
