The rooms, especially the Twin Bed rooms were very spacious. The linen and bathroom was very clean. The food in the restaurant is also quite good.
There have issues with the bathroom plumbing. There is barely a trickle of water from the shower and the drains get clogged. Needs to be fixed urgently.

Breakfast was by and large good but some fresh fruit should be made available.
For us the location was little too far from the Biswanath temple and the Ghats.
The check out time is little early compared to other good hotels.
There was no ventilation or exhaust point in the attached washroom of the studio room . Some room freshener can be kept in the room and the toilet. Internet is very slow that's why watching TV was difficult.

The hotel is located in a less crowded part of Benaras in the DIG colony. The hotel is new and the room is modern chic.
The toilet seat was broken. Despite reporting it at 15 00 hours just after arrival, the seat was not fixed. The shower area had mould and improper grouting. The hot water flow in the overhead shower was inadequate.
The room was booked for three people but the staff needed explanation and pleadings for an additional towel and toiletries. The bed was slightly firm without a mattress topper for comfort.
