The Minimalist is stylish, welcoming and efficient. My room was quiet, with an effective airconditioner and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, and eager to help.
There is no direct number to the reception - you need to keep calling their headquarters in Delhi.

The hotel is clean and efficient. The bed comfortable, room quiet and airconditioning effective (vital in 45 degrees C summers). Staff were friendly and eager to be helpful. Location is easy to find, and access.
They did need a reminder to do the daily housekeeping, and would leave the rooms undone if not asked to tidy up. You cannot call the Varanasi hotel reception directly, but instead need to call their main number in Delhi, which is a bit of a pain.

It’s a new property and the rooms are very clean. We stayed here for 4 days, the service staff was very very supportive and we didn’t face any issues. Highly recommend this to everyone. A little far from the old part of Varanasi but the stay is worth it. A special thanks to RAM for making sure we had an excellent stay. 5 star rating.
Small improvements needed- 1. Need a separator or shower curtain. Every time we use shower the entire bathroom gets wet. 2. A fan in the room would be a great addition to the flow of AC air. 3. Need locks on the sliding bathroom doors. 4. Beds are too spongy
