Location in town and lake view are both exceptional.
Leo is amazing. Exceeded customer expectations by all means. He did his best to get the oven to work.
Property is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator limiting our town exploration. I also just had a surgery and wasn't thrilled about the painful stairs (they are). Almost cancelled, but booking was non-refundable.
Kitchen oven broke and so was the stove. Leo got the stove to work, yet oven was hard broke. You can imagine no microwave or oven for lovely Italian pizza warming up. So we ended using pans to warm up pizza (not idea and pizza burns). Expected owner to resolve or provide microwave! Yet no luck.

We are guests from Ukraine. We rested for several days in the city of Como. The apartments are ideal (there is everything you need and even more👆🏻👍). All rooms can be isolated with doors and thus comfortable for a large company. Two bathrooms and a sauna 👍👍 And of course a terrace on the upper floors with an amazing view 🥰🔥💫🫶 Thank you for the comfort.

Great view from the balcony! Great place to sip a morning coffee and have breakfast. The stark, white walls made the unit feel very modern and very clean.
The host stated that in April, air conditioning is not allowed by law to be turned on. We had to leave the windows open at night; attracting insects; earplugs are necessary for this apartment. Also, more artwork on the walls would have made the apartment less sterile. Trying to use the kitchen toaster caused all the electricity to be shorted; the host did not respond to requests on how to reset the electrical circuit breakers nor provide a safe, working toaster.
