Residence Itaca is a perfect base for regional exploration, situated in the middle of the town, on an edge of a ZTL, with a payed garage next to the building (which is a life saver if you're traveling by car) The AC worked great and saved us from an extreme weather. The place is surrounded by the restaurants but we didn't find it noisy at all. It was a five minutes walk from the street with really good restaurants, and five minutes walk to marina. As a significant bonus we found the terace at the 3rd floor where you can dry your towels in no time or enjoy your evening with the always present refreshing breeze. Our hosts were very nice and helpfull, thank you guys, we'll spread the word.

Residence Itaca was perfect for us! A spacious, clean, well thought out room/apartment with a large bed and lots of storage space. We thought it was really stylish and minimalist, and it felt like a really luxurious stay.
Breakfast was simple yet interesting and varied, with slightly different things on offer every day, including savoury and sweet bits. Staples like bread, meat/cheese, yogurt and boiled eggs were there every day. Fresh coffee on order too which was lovely.
Though the reception wasn’t manned for much of the day, Annalisa was really responsive to any questions I had through WhatsApp.
The extra amenities were welcomed (€5 for washing & €10 per day for parking) - having access to the washer/dryer was really helpful, as well as parking right next door (though make sure to book this early as it was only available for one night of our stay by the time we arrived, and street parking availability could be sparse).
