We loved how close it was to the beach and loved the outdoor area with the patio lights - it was magical sitting there after a long day. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and spacious (a good shower is essential after a long day at the beach!). Also random but the linens and towels smelled really good and that’s also a nice plus :)

The property looked just like the pictures ! Very nice and well put together. It does include a microwave as well , I was worried that it didn’t because it wasn’t shown in pictures or listed. Has well working A.C and ceiling fan, nice working tv, and good WiFi. Nice 5 minute walk is a straight shot to the beach !
Property could have definitely been cleaner. My partner dropped something & when he went to look for it, noticed underneath the bed has not been swept at all, there were a couple bugs underneath as well. The bed sheets also had a few little small brown pieces of trash, which made me iffy about sleeping on them. The advertised pool is not usable, due to it not being clean & kept up with. The door knobs are also not very good. Bathroom door does not fully shut or lock. Car port is very small , the parking lot for the neighborhood is Pay for Parking.

Cute and private suite.
Cold - not well insulated from the elements. But on a positive note, the heat works great!
The pool was pretty dirty - but not sure we would have gotten much use out of it with the cold front.
Memory foam bed was night, and the pillows were to die for! Looked at the tags and ordered them for our home.
