Location was great! Provided the essentials, Easy access to Sky city, seven 7 for convience , coffee etc The roof top pool, gym & indoor pool was great for the kids!. What saved us here was how responsive the Owner was to reply to my messages about the issues we had. Washer dryer avaialable to rectify issues of cleaning. Complimentry coffee & tea.
Top Bedding was dirty with unknown markings, i had to wash and dry these to ensure they were clean, crumbs in the bedding , dirty dishes in the dishwsher. We only recieved an apology. As a property manager myself i would have atleast sent coffee vouchers or a $50 petrol voucher something of the sort as an extension of my apology.
