Clean rooms and bathrooms, has lift, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location. Everything nearby. Very quiet apartment, no noise. Exactly opposite Sky Tower.
We had had a very long flight, I had requested if check in possible even 1 hour before the check in time but they did not accept even though there was no booking the previous day prior to ours. Usually hotels or other places do adjust and are flexible. We ourselves left 6 hours before the checkout time as we had a flight to catch so they could have tried to adjust too.

We really liked the place and location overall, loved the central placement and the interior was great.
The cleaning was not very great, but we survived. The kitchen knives were extremely dull, with no sharpener available.

Location, even though it wasn’t at the heart of Auckland but I liked that there were supermarkets 3 minutes walk from the place where I can buy drinking water at least.
There were no useful restaurants around and I had to use Uber to order food. Also I felt it was unsafe to walk beside the place because there were many homeless people who were causing a lot of noise and bad smells on the st. I’m not sure what were they doing exactly but I couldn’t walk beside them with my family after 9pm.
