It is a SCAM! Shame also for booking.com

Nothing, absolutly nothing. It seems to be as a scam! First, it wasn’t an apartment, but more like a shop converted into a living space. It was right by the street and was very damp. The owner was irresponsible, he had left wet sheets out to dry in the living room, but hadn’t left a single blanket. We contacted the owner and asked to bring us some but without success.

Nothing. I am surprised how its even possible for owner to be allowed to be on Booking.com and SCAM people like this. We have choose this, beliving that Booking team have verified in the begining the owner and conditions, and also taking in to consideration previous reviews from the previous tourist. It is a SCAM and please booking remove and take measures against the owner, because we will not use anymore booking in the future for any accomodation.

Not much unfortunately

everything. Very very arrogant attitude/behaviour of host. The threathened us that if we don't pay the local tax she wouldn't let us in (which was a problem since it was raining ant wasn't easy to do the transaction using the phone). but her attitude was indeed suspicious and we confirmed so when accessing the apartment which was in a mess, filthy , in the state left by the previous guests. the cleaner then came at 430pm Internet doesn't work.. the room (cause it is just a room) not taken care of. We asked booking.com to intervene and asked for some form of compensation.. booking.com phoned us showing they "care" but at the end of the day, so far, no refund received. unacceptable and very poor customer Scare!

HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a COMMERCIAL SHOP converted into an "apartment". I want a refund. This place is not suitable for humans to be living in it. Feels like a cave with no air to breathe. It's not possible to open the window as the traffic is too loud. There were wet towels and wet linen and sheet left drying inside the "apartment", and they were still wet when we left. Water streams inside into the apartment from the window (even when closed) every day of my stay. The owner/cleaner also left wet towels and linen, and bedsheets inside the closet to dry, and on the only dryer that was in the apartment. The dryer was super full of them. So it was impossible for me or my daughter, the paying guests, to use the washing machine! As there was no where to dry clothes. Where would we hang them? Nowhere to hang them. I told the owner this, and she said: “this is how we do it. We dry all the bedding for the next guests inside the room.” And she was surprised that I wanted to use the washing machine! Why advertise that they have a washing machine and a fully working kitchen when you cannot use the kitchen to cook, and you cannot use the washing machine. When we arrived, there was no working wifi. The owner came with the Wi-Fi modem only at 18:00 in the evening. And there was water streaming down from the window inside the apartment. The owner knows about this, because there was one long towel left on the windowsill, but it got super wet after and hour, so I placed another towel, and another towel. But this did not help. And the owner replied via WhatsApp: “I don’t know where the water is coming from.” And did not call a handyman, as she does not care There was no cover or piumino, or warm blankets, or a woollen blanket on the beds. We had to sleep in our woollen cardigans and trousers. There was Not even one! Not even in the cupboard. There was a thin sheet on the beds as the cover, on both beds. It’s February and Rome is very cold

Absolutely nothing

When we arrived the room was dirty. The bed sheets haven been changed. The bathrooms were dirty and there were still pieces of food in the room
