About this apartment rental
Clean, spacious two bedroom is close to Ashmont Village, UMASS Boston & Downtown Boston. You’ll love the Quiet neighborhood with included off-street parking. A short drive, uber or train ride to downtown. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
Great neighborhood. In the city but tree lined streets make it feel more suburban.

About a 10 minute (1 mile) walk to Ashmont Train station (Red Line). Bus at bottom of street as well.
About a $15-20 Uber ride to downtown. $25-30 from airport

Read the negative reviews then read mine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and hade everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with snacks, goodies, and MANY useful amenities.Location is great. Felt very safe, secure, & away from noise. There’s even parking, which is hard to come by as we learned in Boston. The house is an older 1900’s home, updated of course. But the Hardwood floors creaked & the doors squeaked. And we LOVED it. The heat worked crazy fast & the hot water flows. Shower pressure is great. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. We did have a small issue during our stay (hairdryer broken), but they responded immediately and offered to have it fixed within 20 minutes, which we greatly appreciated.The owners clearly care about their guests and take pride in providing a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others! It’s a MUST STAY place!!!

Property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Uber to/from from the Fields Corner T station for easy downtown access. Had a great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Train Street house in Dorchester. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. The off-street parking was very convenient, and it was a short walk to the Fields Corner T stop. Check in was a breeze, and our host Shawn was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

Host was lovely and very responsive. However this stay could only be rated as adequate. It might be the most bare-bones stay I've ever had. The shared entry, which is in the back of the house, was seriously run-down which made us uncomfortable from the get go. The blinds throughout were broken. The fridge wasn't totally cleaned. The living room had just one sofa -- it really needed at least one chair and would benefit from a coffee table. The beds were adequate and clean, but the furnishings were not updated.
