About this house rental
Located in the heart of Canyon Country, among the best suburbs of LA. This home is 20minutes to Magic Mountain & in Valencia town center w many shops & restaurants. It was designed beautifully for family or friends. A perfect place to getaway from all the hustle of LA while still have access to all LA attractions. The city is very walkable with many hiking trails. The house is very spacious with 2 living rooms, large size backyard.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed ( downstair ) next to the hallway bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
- This is a beautiful house perfectly design for a family or a group of friends.
- When you first enters the house, you will be in the first living room. To your left two bedrooms with queen beds in them. Behind the first living room is the kitchen and a massive second living room. From second living room, you can get out to the backyard. It's a perfect indoor outdoor California living.
- We also have a pool table and corn hole game for entertainment
- The house has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has queen bed. And the last bedroom has a queen bed and a work desk.
- Free driveway and garage parking up to 3,4 vehicles

It was great, plenty of room, temperature in the house was great as well. Perfect for a family and kids.

The home met basic needs, but there were several logistical issues to be aware of. The listing allows up to six adults; however, the kitchen was stocked with only five forks. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets upon arrival, and no dish or laundry detergent was provided.There is a chicken coop located outside the bedroom windows in the neighbor's yard. On our first night, the host sent a message at 11:35 pm regarding potential repair personnel needing access to the house; we were asleep when it arrived. A second message was sent via text at 6:15 am the following morning, which woke us. No prior notice of repairs was provided, and no repair ultimately took place during our stay. Receiving two messages during late-night and early-morning hours felt inconsiderate, particularly on the first night of our stay.Early check-in was offered at a rate of 35 per hour; we requested one hour early and were informed of the additional charge.
