This place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. Whether I was making something in the microwave cooking something on the stove watching TV playing games I had an amazing view. The place is very well kept,very clean and tidy. The stove Appliance was a little bit tricky when it came to the oven setting but the burners work just fine. I would 110% recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay with ocean views and a modern simple clean setting, this is your place!

This was a great location! We loved Rockaway Beach...it was the perfect place to call home for a few days. Great little shops, bakeries, restaurants, and it's where the train starts! The beach was clean and beautiful! The condo was clean, so well decorated, great use of space, and that balcony...the view was phenomenal. You are on the beach, and the first floor, but you are raised up off of the ground quite a bit. Access to the beach is not right where you are staying but a very quick walk...just a few minutes away and multiple ways to access. If you access by 3rd Avenue, they have community pails/shovels to use which is so kind. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from my own. The only thing to consider is that there is a condo above you and you can hear people upstairs. Walking, flushing toilets, etc. There is absolutely nothing the owners can do about this...but they try by providing a white noise machine, which is very thoughtful. Overall a wonderful stay!

We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend on the coast. Beautifully furnished condo with warm and cozy touches of comfort from extra throw blankets to the corner electric fireplace. The view from the balcony was priceless. Easy access to town and the beach. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!
