-Pets must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $49 nonrefundable pet fee will be included per stay (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

The property was excellent. It was clean, quiet, beautiful and airy. The house is close to all of the amenities you can think of. Everything you would need is inside. You can bring your own essentials however. I did not see a hair dryer but it may have been somewhere inside. I though about giving it a four because of a few concerns but it definitely deserves a five star rating.However, the few minor concerns is not a deterrent from the beauty and cleanliness of the home. Some kind of way flies and gnats kept appearing. When opening the door for the first time they appeared in the house. We bought some repellent to keep them away. Easy fix for the property owners. Also, love the window treatment but if someone comes into the property they can see inside the house especially at night. Also, love the kitchen window but no option to block someone from seeing inside or to not want to see outside at night. That’s only my preference. Others may love it but coming from living in the country not my choice to see outside at night unless I need to. Not to be nit picking but I would have fathered the soap dispensers to work. Again easy fix. Also if anyone wanted to sit outside after a day of fun, or to maybe do a little cooking it was not setup for that. Unless you bring everything you need to do that.I do not regret staying here. It was a beautiful place to stay to enjoy St. Augustine. I gave a five star on the pricing because of the location. I think it was worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to many attractions (including the historic district) and a lovely home. I booked it for a Mother’s Day getaway with my mom and Grandmother. We all enjoyed the natural light, comfortable bedrooms, and that each room had ceiling fans. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.
