Welcome to your perfect Florida Keys getaway. This stunning RV lot is located directly on the open water, offering uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Whether you're enjoying a quiet sunrise or relaxing with a sunset cocktail, the scenery from this lot is truly unforgettable. Boaters will love the 38-foot concrete seawall, which provides deep water access and is equipped with dock posts, cleats, and a swim ladder for your convenience. The spacious double-size concrete pad and driveway include full hookups with water, sewer, and 110, 30, and 50 amp electric circuits, making it ideal for a variety of RV setups. Lot dimensions are approximately 67 feet by 38 feet by 63 feet by 26 feet. Please note that this listing is for an RV lot only—there is no RV on site. Maximum RV and vehicle placement must be at least 10 feet from the water, and vehicles may not overhang into the street. The lot is situated within the gated community of Venture Out, which offers a wide array of amenities to enhance your stay. While some amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, we encourage guests to contact us in advance for the most current information. Please be aware there is no cable or WiFi provided at this site.

Venture Out charges a $125 registration/check-in fee upon arrival (subject to change). Parking is provided for one vehicle per unit, and an additional permit may be available for a nightly fee depending on availability. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless alternate arrangements are made with the Rental Manager in advance.
A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The main guest must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
