About this house rental
3 bdr home on the lagoon (top living only, bottom is owner storage) in OB 2; floating dock for kids to jump in water. Relax outside on the water. Walk to bay beach or ocean. Great family friendly community with events during week; ice cream night, jr. guards, field day etc. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant or Seaside boardwalks. Beach badges are not included. They can be purchased at clubhouse.

Upon arrival we found that the lower half of the house was not included in our stay. The upstairs was good but not very clean considering the cost and other issues that went on with the house. It was listed as entire home and it was not. The house does not come with beach badges or access to any of the community functions that would come along with the badges. There were other cleanliness issues such as a moldy and red stained shower curtain (a new one was sent overnight after owner was contacted) and two or three blankets smelled moldy. The bbq was left dirty and all four supporting posts were rotted out. In regards to the kitchen every single one of the pots or pans handle was practically falling off. After cleaning and getting settled in we were able to make the best of the property. The location and backyard are terrific and make this a good vacation.
