The real magic awaits outdoors. Relax in the beautifully landscaped yard featuring ornamental trees, a tranquil fish pond with waterfall, and a blue stone patio ideal for lounging. Gather around the outdoor gas fire pit, fire up the grill, or unwind in the 4 person Hot Springs hot tub, surrounded within stone walls for total privacy. An additional private courtyard with outdoor shower completes the experience, offering a refreshing way to end a day at the beach.
This home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a seamless vacation: beach chairs, beach towels, linens, bath towels, shampoo, soap, and more. For added convenience, our 2026 4-door Jeep Wrangler RUBICON is optionally available for your stay. For insurance purposes, the Jeep has to be booked through Turo, but we’ve set the daily rate as low as Turo allows, making it a deeply discounted, guest-only benefit that feels like it’s basically included in the home.

The property was outstanding, better than even the description and great pics. The place is beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. The houses amenities did not disappoint, Mike and his wife did not miss a single detail. Also, he quickly responded to answer any questions and checked in on us once we were settled to ensure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. We had two under 2 with us and the first floor en suite, allowed the parents to be comfortable with the kids in a spacious room and no stairs to deal with. All the different conversation areas allow for people to spread out whether inside or out and enjoy a great house. The kitchen had everything you could want and we cooked most meals there. For people who travel A LOT, best compliments are the beds were insanely comfortable (all agreed) and we did not want to leave!

I cannot overemphasize how wonderful our stay was from beginning to end. Mike was the ultimate host - incredibly communicative, attentive, and hospitable. The home is beautiful, comfortable, centrally located, and fully stocked with every conceivable amenity. Our family cannot wait to come back next summer!
