Enjoy your stay in beautiful Bentonville at the Trail House. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown and adjacent to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve (AMAZING TRAILS!). This spacious 5-bedroom home has all you need: WiFi, Roku TV, bicycle storage in 2-car garage, grill, ping pong table, dart board, and a newly added hot tub. The fenced-in backyard includes a screened in porch. Kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals with an attached dining area. There are plenty of comfy places to relax. Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds Bathroom 2: Full bathroom Keypad entry on front door and garage. Host is a text or call away. Quiet neighborhood adjacent to Coler Park. 1.5 miles from downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, etc. Within 3 miles of several groceries stores. 2 major regional hospitals within 10 miles. The house has been recently updated and new pictures to come! The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace. Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house.
