The house consists of approximately 6 apartments distributed on two floors. It’s located outside of the cities but very near to the main road. So if you have a rental car you can reach Urla in <10min and all other major beaches in that region are comparably reachable with a <30min drive. The house was very clean and very newly build as well. The highlight was the owner who made sure we would feel like home. After arrival we asked to move to a room with balcony instead of a terrace and he made it possible for us. Also, when it came to asking for some dishes when we spontaneously wanted to have a little dinner on the evening, he even helped out with that. We really appreciated the stay!
You can hear some noise of other guests arriving on the stairwell as the walls and doors are not well isolated. As there are not many apartments, it’s not a big issue.
